Simply put, we offer monthly plans to support you on your journey to good health, with each plan offering different levels of commitment, support and coaching, and supplementation discounts.
We offer flexible options that allow you to customize your plan and meet your health goals.

If you're just getting started, we recommend the Introductory Plan, which includes the free health assessment, three online consultations with Dr. Falor, and a personalized supplementation protocol.

If you've already completed the introductory plan, wish to retain access to consultations, and receive 5% off supplements, we recommend the Maintenance Plan.

If you're ready for a total health makeover, consider our VIPatient Plan. This plan provides personalized guidance through your Good Health journey, access to our disease management protocols, bi-weekly consultations with Dr. Falor, and 10% off supplements. Patients dealing with a health condition will often choose this plan.

​All of our visitors may order supplements at anytime by visiting the supplementation page, or directly with supplement provider if they already have an account.

We offer our plans as a way to connect with Dr. Falor, gain access to our Good Health services, and receive discounts on supplement purchases.

Introductory Plan
New patients are encouraged to start with the Introductory Plan and Free Health Assessment. The plan is valid for 3 months, and is open to new patients, or patients that have been inactive for 12 months or more. The fee includes 3 Zoom video or phone consultations, 3 email correspondences to answer any questions, and the free health assessment.

Maintenance Plan
The Maintenance Plan gives you ongoing access to Dr. Falor, including a monthly Zoom video or phone consultation, up to 5% discount on supplements, and 1 monthly email correspondence to answer any questions.

ViPatient
The ViPatient Plan is the gateway to our more extensive services and treatment protocols. Our treatment protocols are meant for people who are looking for a complete health makeover, overcoming chronic weight and fatigue, dealing with a serious health condition, or looking for an alternative to pharmaceuticals.
Dr. Falor may recommend the ViPatient option for you after the Health Assessment and initial consultations have been completed. We don't expect a patient to select this option unless they have first completed the free health assessment and spoken with Dr. Falor, as it will be tailored to their specific condition and health goals.
Specific length of program, number of Zoom consultations, and supplement discounts will vary from person to person, and generally last from 2-6 months. Lab testing and Supplement costs are in addition to the membership fee. The membership fee is for personal, individualized, and regular consultation with Dr. Falor, analysis and reporting of lab test data. as well as ongoing support, guidance, and expert opinion on your progress towards your health goals.

No Long-Term Commitment : You are free to cancel your membership at any time during your protocol, and billing will end. Plan billing will automatically end after 6 months, even if you forget to cancel.
